Visit us at our design studio in Silverstone to discuss designing your bespoke piece, whether that be heirloom remodelling, a gift for a special occasion, or engagement and wedding rings. From concept to creation, we’ll guide you through the process of designing a piece of jewellery that you’ll cherish forever!

Our design consultations are 45 minutes, which gives us plenty of time to relax and chat through all the details. If you have inspiration images that will help us understand your style, you can upload them during the booking process or bring them to your consultation.

Our design work is charged at £60 per hour. Before starting your design, we will advise approximately how long we think it will take.

* Please note our repair, refurbishing and resizing books are currently closed, reopening on 5th January 2026. We are still accepting appointments for Design Consultations and Scrap Exchange - the current lead time for bespoke commissions is around 12 to 14 weeks (inclusive of our Christmas shutdown from 22nd December to 4th January).
