  • This giveaway (“Promotion”) is organised and operated by Silsonic Limited trading as Lockton Design Studio, a company based in the United Kingdom. Instagram is not a sponsor, endorser or administrator of this Promotion and entrants release Instagram of all liability in relation to it.

  • Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

    Employees, contractors, and agents of Lockton Design Studio, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

    No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

  • To enter, participants must:

    • Like and share the giveaway post.

    • Tag a friend in the comments.

    Only entries made via Instagram and in accordance with these terms will be accepted. Multiple entries are not permitted. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.

  • The giveaway opens on 06/10/2025 at 8:00 and closes on 26/10/2025 at 23:00 (UK time). Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

  • The prize is: One 9ct yellow gold 1.13ct lab grown diamond necklace on a 16-18” chain, retail value of £720 including VAT.

    The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

    In the event the prize is unavailable, Lockton Design Studio reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries using a fair and verifiable selection method within 7 days of the closing date.

    The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or comment on their entry within 7 days of selection.

    The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, Lockton Design Studio reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  • By entering, participants consent to their name and (if applicable) Instagram handle being announced publicly on @LDSTUDIOUK in connection with the Promotion.

    Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed for administering the giveaway and prize fulfilment, in accordance with Lockton Design Studio’s privacy policy.

  • Lockton Design Studio accepts no responsibility for entries not received, incomplete, delayed, lost, or corrupted due to technical reasons.

    Lockton Design Studio is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the prize winner beyond what is reasonably foreseeable.

  • The decision of Lockton Design Studio regarding any aspect of this Promotion is final and binding.

    The Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
